Abstract
► Development of a model to account for single and two-phase flow in a solar collector. ► Efficiency decreases with decreasing mass flow rate for single-phase liquid flow. ► No efficiency drop is observed under partial stagnation. ► Efficiency reduction is a strong function of gas conduction inside glass envelope.
