Abstract
⺠Polymer can be successfully impinged in nanostructured CdS/CuInSe2 thin film. ⺠Polymer provides electron-hole pairs by exciton dissociation and works as charge transporter. ⺠I-V shows enhancement in conversion efficiency from 0.26% in CdS/CuInSe2 to 0.55%.
