Abstract
⺠We propose the integrated thermal and electrical photovoltaic model. ⺠The model is verified at the STC and NOCT condition with the PV datasheet. ⺠The NOTC used to validate the thermal characteristics is first addressed. ⺠The model was experimentally evaluated in this summer. ⺠The results have a good agreement with the real output characteristics.
