Abstract
âºFluid-cell AFM provides in-situ corrosion monitoring with nanometer resolution. âºTwo binary overcoat systems were used to validate technique. âºPhysical corrosion mechanism in both systems was quite distinct. âºResults confirmed using SEM and EDX. âºTechnique proved powerful in revealing otherwise hidden behavior.
