Abstract
⺠Increase of coating thickness shows no obvious effect on phase composition and surface roughness of plasma sprayed Al2O3 coatings. ⺠Variation of porosity and microhardness presents dependence on coating thickness parameter. ⺠Increasing coating thickness leads to reduced corrosion resistance of plasma sprayed Al2O3 coating.
