Abstract
⺠Isostatically pressed glass-alumina composites presented apatite-forming ability. ⺠The interaction with SBF resulted in an aluminium phosphate phase formation. ⺠The formation of an aluminium phosphate phase enhanced the in vitro apatite growth.
