Abstract
â¶ DMD process offers effective means of fabricating bimetallic structures. â¶ Bond strength of directly clad H13 was higher compared to 41C as buffer layer. â¶ Impact energy higher in 41C buffered specimens compared to the directly clad H13. â¶ The tensile fracture surfaces show dimple ductile fracture morphology.
