Abstract
â¶ Premixed ferritic and austenitic powders are processed by powder injection moulding. â¶ Feedstock with a powder loading of 68Â vol.% presents an adequate rheological behaviour. â¶ The presence of powder makes difficult the solvent elimination of paraffin wax. â¶ Thermal debinding cycle developed lasts only 4Â h. â¶ Ni diffusion from austenite to ferrite occurs and a duplex microstructure is observed.
