Abstract
ⶠAl2O3 ceramic and TC4 alloy were successfully brazed by Ag-Cu-Ti-B mixed powder. ⶠTiBw was in situ synthesized during the brazing process. ⶠTiBw not only refined the microstructure of the joint but also alleviated the joint stress. ⶠThe effect of the volume fraction of in situ TiBw on the microstructure of joints was studied. ⶠThe effect of the volume fraction of in situ TiBw on the shear strength of joints was researched.
