Abstract
â¶ In situ TEM straining experiments are carried out on cross-sectional specimen. â¶ The FIB-based method for the preparation of cross-sectional specimen is described. â¶ Dislocations in a surface-nitrided Ti-6Al-4V alloy are studied.
