Abstract
ⶠPhysically based phenomenological model (dislocations, SFE, twin volume fraction). ⶠTwins nucleation and evolution is modeled based on physical considerations. ⶠThe model is able to capture the exceptional work hardening of TWIP steel. ⶠSEM and TEM observations are used to support the model predictions.
