Abstract
▶ The shear bond strength results using composites were significantly higher (>150 MPa) than those registered in the upper range of conventional PFM techniques (∼80 MPa). ▶ Metal-ceramic bond strength is maximized for composites with similar metal:ceramic content. ▶ Shear bond strength tests showed an improvement of 160% relatively to standard PFM technique.
