Abstract
ⶠThe addition of La to the Al-Cu alloy increased the tensile strengthen and creep resistance. ⶠThe mechanical properties of the modified alloy are related to the refinement of θⲠprecipitates. ⶠThe Al-Cu alloy modified by 0.3 wt.% La possesses the optimum mechanical properties.
