Abstract
ⶠNitrides ceramic composites were fabricated by SHS under high nitrogen pressure. ⶠNitrogen content in Ti(C,N) was discussed through theoretical and experimental studies. ⶠTiN is the preferential formation phase under high nitrogen pressure, and thus leads to higher N content in Ti(C,N) phase. ⶠThe mechanical properties of the products were measured in detail.
