Abstract
ⶠAl2O3 particles can be used as reinforcement and grain refinement. ⶠFSPed AZ91 have recrystallized grain structure and the dissolution of β-phase. ⶠWear resistance of FSPed AZ91/alumina is about 3 times of the base. ⶠMicro hardness of FSPed AZ91/alumina is about 1.7 times of the base. ⶠGrain size can be refined about 20 times of the base.
