Abstract
â¶ Two shrinkage rate maxima during low-temperature SPS of NiO nanoparticles were observed. â¶ These were related to densification by particle sliding and by diffusional grain boundary sliding. â¶ Strong effects of the surface and interfacial processes were observed during the SPS.
