Abstract
⺠This study deals with the determinants of public bus transit travel-time variability. ⺠The data used in this study are collected in Ankara, Turkey. ⺠Three factors are identified as temporal, spatial, and service characteristics. ⺠Model results indicate that these factors affect travel-time variability to varying degrees. ⺠We conclude with a uniform reorganization of the system to control travel-time variability.
