Abstract
⺠Both untreated and treated macrophage membranes possess fractal properties. ⺠Macrophage treatment by colchicine, an inhibitor of the microtubule polymerization, or microtubule stabilizing agent taxol leads to the significant decrease of fractal dimension value. ⺠Fractal dimension value is sensitive to the relatively small concentration and short exposure time of colchicine and taxol.
