Abstract
⺠We describe the use of fluorescence imaging to detect binding of p53 to DNA. ⺠We validate the assay using known p53 mutants. ⺠We also demonstrate the ability to multiplex the assay. ⺠The method can potentially be adapted to a high content imaging screen.
