Abstract
⺠In this study a variety of DNA structures were imprinted in a polydimethylsiloxane stamp and replicated in polyurethane. ⺠Repeating structures 2 nm in height and 15-20 nm apart were replicated with good fidelity. ⺠A lateral resolution of 7 nm was achieved using this technique.
