Abstract
⺠Groove depth increases with the temperature due to the softening of the polymer. ⺠Volume removal rate significantly increases with applied load and temperature. ⺠Hardness and stiffness decrease with temperature. ⺠Stiffness of PET surface decreased when plastic deformation occurs at a high temperature.
