Abstract
⺠Q-methodology is proposed to identify homogeneous sub-groups. ⺠Segmentation was based on social acceptance of demand-restricting policy measures. ⺠Four different segments in terms of social acceptance can be distinguished. ⺠Practical implications for policy makers are discussed.
