Abstract
⺠Multi-channel model describes magnetotransport in Co2FeSi/(Al,Ga)As spin-LEDs. ⺠Significant electrical compensation in (Al, Ga) As due to Co and Fe in-diffusion. ⺠Spin injection expected to occur despite negligible electron tunneling.
