Abstract
⺠The Raman spectra of Cu2SnSe3 have been studied between 10 and 300 K. ⺠Thirteen of the fifteen Raman modes expected for Cu2SnTe3 were observed at 10 K. ⺠Several of them disappear as T increases and only nine are observed at 300 K. ⺠At 10 K, the most intense line observed at 123 cmâ1 is assigned to the A1-symmetry. ⺠The Grüneisen parameter for the lowest-frequency B1-symmetry mode is negative.
