Abstract
⺠Magnetic circular dichroism of (Ga1âx, Crx)As shows clear ferromagnetic hysteresis. ⺠A Curie temperature of 12 K is determined by means of the Arrott plot procedure. ⺠(Ga, Cr)As epilayers do not behave as a paramagnetism or a superparamagnetism.
