Abstract
⺠Cubic ZnMnO3 was produced from Zn0.5Mn0.5(NO3)2 at 400 °C under oxygen for 11 h. ⺠Particles are flakes with a mean diameter of 47 nm and thickness of 3.8 nm. ⺠Resistivity and thermo-electric power (TEP) point to a p-type doped semiconductor. ⺠Resistivity and TEP measurements reveal the existence of a 0.7 eV acceptor level. ⺠Particles are superparamagnetic with a blocking temperature of 9 K.
