Abstract
⺠Ru-doping converts antiferromagnetic Nd0.5Ca0.5Mn1âxRuxO3 into ferromagnetic. ⺠Large magnetic entropy change and relative cooling power for 3% Ru-doping. ⺠Dope at the Mn-site to enhance magnetocaloric effect.
