Abstract
⺠Highly pure (001)-oriented 0.67PMN-0.33PT thin films were grown. ⺠The thin film possesses excellent properties including a large electrocaloric effect. ⺠The large electrocaloric effect is attributed to the large polarization and entropy change. ⺠This discovery widens the potential applications of ferroelectric thin films.
