Abstract
⺠Co substitution for Ni in MnNiIn has the following effects. ⺠Widens temperature window for ferromagnetism of austenite. ⺠Significantly increases magnetization of austenite, to 118 emu/g. ⺠Significantly enhances thermodynamic driving force for transformation. ⺠Significantly decreases the martensitic transformation entropy change.
