Abstract
⺠Optimization of thermodynamic properties for 17 AIIIBV compounds is obtained via a novel correlative method. ⺠Maximum melting temperatures and sums of atomic numbers (ZA + ZB) of isostructural phases are used as important parameters in this approach. ⺠A set of thermodynamic functions is presented for AIIIBV compounds.
