Abstract
⺠The kinetics of the C14 â C15 transformation in HfCr2 Laves phase was investigated. ⺠It was traced on the basis of reflection intensities and lattice spacings. ⺠The analysis revealed an activation energy Q of 220-250 kJ/mol ⺠Q is compatible with glide of synchro-Shockely partial dislocations.
