Abstract
⺠The shift of Ti atoms related 6(h) positions has been calculated in D019 phases. ⺠The shift has been attributed to presence of symmetry elements in the space group. ⺠Both the Ti3Sn and Ti3Ga phases exhibit atomic shift in opposite direction.
