Abstract
The effect of composition and temperature on the 67Ga bulk and GB diffusion was studied in the binary Ni-rich Ni3Al alloys in the temperature range of 773-1373Â K. The compositions of alloys were 22.4, 23.8 and 24.8Â at.% Al. In accordance with the related results in the literature, it was found that both bulk and GB diffusivity increased with decreasing Al content in the concentration interval studied.
