Abstract
The laminated magneto-dielectric composites of SrTiO3-Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 with excellent magneto-dielectric properties were prepared by the conventional solid-state sintering method. The results show that SrTiO3 (STO) and Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 (NZO) phases can coexist in the composites. Compared with the magneto-dielectric particulate composites, the laminated composites exhibit better magneto-dielectric properties in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 1 GHz (εâ²Â = 54.3, tanδε = 0.35, μâ²Â = 14.08, tanδμ = 0.24, @10 MHz). With these excellent multifunctional magneto-dielectric properties, the as-prepared SrTiO3-Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 composites can be used in high-frequency communications for the capacitor-inductor integrating devices such as electromagnetic interference filters and antennas.
