Abstract
⺠CdSe is a promising semiconductor material for optoelectronics and photovoltaic devices. ⺠The stoichiometry of the films is expected to influence the electrical and optical properties of these films. ⺠Selenium rich CdSe (SR-CdSe) thin films were deposited by thermal evaporation. ⺠We study the effect of annealing on the structural and optical properties of SR-CdSe thin films.
