Abstract
Electric scooters can contribute to reducing the environmental impacts of tourism transport but they have only a limited range and their use is influenced by the location of recharging facilities. This study uses integer programming to optimize the location and number of battery exchange stations. Sensitivity analyses are performed on the service capacity on each site.
