Abstract
⺠Nitrogen-doped MgZnO thin films were prepared by sol-gel method. ⺠The significant improvement of physical and optical properties of MgZnO films were obtained by increasing annealing temperature and Nitrogen-doping, especially preferred c-axis orientation and optical band gap widening.
