Abstract
Chemically prepared conducting poly(2-halogenanilines) and their composites with polyfuran (PFu) have been investigated by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. The maximum degrees of crystallinity of poly(2-halogenanilines) and their composites were calculated from X-ray diffraction patterns. It was found that all of the synthesized composites have higher crystallinity than polyfuran (PFu). The degree of crystallinity were changed with substitute groups in both poly(2-halogenanilines) and composites. Moreover, the electrical conductivity measurements were also done using four-probe technique.
