Abstract
⺠New composite coatings were fabricated by plasma spraying from milled HA/Ti composite powders. ⺠The microstructure and properties of the coatings were dependent on the original HA/Ti ratios. ⺠The micro-hardness, elastic modulus and bond strength increased with increasing the Ti content. ⺠The in vitro bioactivity decreased with increasing the Ti content.
