Abstract
⺠Preparation of Zirconia coated carbon fiber in an environmental-friendly method. ⺠Increase of dipping cycles affects the integrity and uniformity of the coating. ⺠Oxidation resistance of the coated carbon fiber is improved at high temperature. ⺠Crack of the fiber emerges because thickness increases after 6 dipping cycles.
