Abstract
⺠In this study we rapidly produce periodic arrays of MWCNTs. ⺠A scalable wet-chemical and CVD method was used to grow vertical aligned CNTs. ⺠The DLIP method was applied to directly and indirectly pattern the CNT forests. ⺠Moderate fluences and low number of laser pulses produce distinct CNT line-arrays. ⺠We demonstrate that the quality of the patterned CNTs is similar to that of untreated CNTs.
