Abstract
► In this study we rapidly produce periodic arrays of MWCNTs. ► A scalable wet-chemical and CVD method was used to grow vertical aligned CNTs. ► The DLIP method was applied to directly and indirectly pattern the CNT forests. ► Moderate fluences and low number of laser pulses produce distinct CNT line-arrays. ► We demonstrate that the quality of the patterned CNTs is similar to that of untreated CNTs.
