Abstract
⺠DLC film and N+ ion implantation were applied respectively on CoCrMo joint head. ⺠The tribological properties of CoCrMo/UHMWPE joint were studied by hip joint simulator. ⺠The UHMWPE had a higher wear rate sliding against DLC coated or N+ implanted head.
