Abstract
⺠Furnace cycling of bare and MCrAlYHfSi-coated CMSX4 variants at 1050°-1150°C. ⺠Scale thickness, adhesion and surface roughness were assessed at each temperature. ⺠No effect of La additions were observed for bare or MCrAlYHfSi-coated CMSX4. ⺠Further study is needed on the effect of Y and La additions to superalloys.
