Abstract
⺠Electron irradiation was introduced in Electron Cyclotron Resonance plasma. ⺠TEM image found graphene sheet in carbon film prepared by electron irradiation. ⺠TEM images on wear track of carbon films with different structure were compared. ⺠Graphene sheet carbon film showed nanostructure with low friction coefficient.
