Abstract
⺠Four coatings were prepared with varying degrees of inorganic segments. ⺠Spectroscopic investigations were conducted to verify the inorganic constituents. ⺠Nanoindentation and nanoscratch analyses were conducted for nanomechanical properties. ⺠Surface morphology varied with the variation in inorganic constituent. ⺠Failure mechanism was predicted and verified using atomic force microscopy.
