Abstract
⺠Relatively high hardness was obtained for ZrN thin films showing (200) texture. ⺠ZrN with (200) texture was obtained only for temperatures equal and above 500 °C. ⺠Corrosion resistance is relatively better on ZrN thin films with (200) texture.
