Abstract
⺠Selective laser melting was used to manufacture FeAl intermetallic parts. ⺠Processing map for FeAl was proposed. ⺠Dense FeAl parts like bulk materials were fabricated. ⺠Not only a smoother surface but also a high microhardness can be obtained. ⺠There isn't much change in phase composition.
