Abstract
⺠Ni-SiC nano-composite film has been fabricated by ultrasonic electroplating. ⺠SiC nano-particles destroy the preferential growth of nickel crystals. ⺠Ni-SiC nano-composite film possesses high corrosion resistance. ⺠Ni-SiC nano-composite film possesses high hydrogen evolution activity.
