Abstract
âºTernary NiWP coatings with various W and P contents are prepared by electroless method. âºAnnealed NiWP (high P) deposits showed the presence of metastable phases (Ni5P2 and NiP). âºThermal stability increases with tungsten codeposition in NiP matrix. âºActivation energy for the crystallization process of NiWP (low P) deposits is high.
