Abstract
⺠(Al2O3-Y2O3)/(Pt-Au) laminated coatings were successfully prepared on TiAl. ⺠The thin laminated coatings (2 μm) provide excellent hot corrosion resistance. ⺠The multi-sealed (Pt-Au) layers can suppress the inward diffusion of oxygen. ⺠The laminated coatings exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance.
